RETURN ACCEPT ONLY IN CASE
- Products that you received in the “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
- Customer should Deliver a courier to us within 6 days of delivery, otherwise, we will not accept the return parcel.
- We should get a courier within 6 days of delivery.
- If Customer Deliver the Return Courier After 6 Days, we will Resend your Product to you as Exchange Policy. & Exchange Courier Charge will be 79/- per Piece for “Prepaid Return Method “.
- If the Customer wants to exchange the Product in ” Cash on Delivery Method ” then Shipping Charge with C.O.D Amount will be 110/- per Product.
- which is Handle by the Customer, & to Pay Us in Goldenbiz Bank Account and to Send Us a Screen Shot at [email protected] with Noted your Order ID.
How to Return the Product?
- If Customer wants to Return Respected Product, ” Customer has to Handle Return courier process by Customer him/her Self through ANY LOCAL COURIER COMPANY”
- (Send Return Parcel to us on our Address by Customer him/her self) & Return Courier Charges will be payable by the Customer. (Shipping Courier Charge Will Not Refund On Refund Product Amount.)
- Keep in mind that you must send the slip of the product with the return parcel, if you do not send the slip, we will not be able to help you.
- We REFUND Regarding only Damaged/Defective/Broken Product :
- Refunds (if applicable)
- We don’t give a refund, we only give exchange of any products if the customer gets it damaged then only.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of the product to send to the customer
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- When we received Customer Return Courier, will transfer the respected Amount within 2-3 Business Days to the Customer`s Bank Account through NEFT.
